  9:50am Other David:

@pierre Johnny Hallyday :P
  9:52am still b/p:

The FMA is the only music collection visible from space.
  9:53am BSI:

In space, no-one can hear you stream.
  9:54am ex:

actually space is the only empty place
  9:56am pierre:

@ BSI : the geek in me salute your performance !
@ other David; yeah, a shame this album (http://ring.cdandlp.com/yesyes/photo_grande/114391284.jpg) is not on the FMA, just for the jacket i mean.
  9:57am Other David:

@pierre oh my god - that is incredible...
  9:59am Dead Corporate Eyes:

I hope that happens to me someday, turning my body into an eagle so I can carry a guitar in my claws over the city...
  10:00am pierre:

yeah, i bought it in a garage sale, just to prove that it happened, Johnny Hallyday has been on a eagle's body… with a broken guitar…
  10:07am dc pat:

hego. My son and I watched Kenny G at the white house last night. "I like him." says my son.

Way to go BSI.
  10:08am Cecile:

Is the Velvet Lounge in DC? I thought it was in Chicago.

And good morning, 'Speechers!
  10:08am pierre:

morning Cecile
  10:09am ex:

  10:09am Cecile:

And BSI, love the decadent Procol Harum-y artrwork.
  10:09am BSI:

Cecile: yep, it's a long-standing island of live weirdness in DC. Small space, with enough subwoofer strength to fell an army.
  10:09am Cecile:

Bonjour, Pierre!
  10:10am Cecile:

Nice, BSI!
  10:11am paulp salon bruit berlin:

hey jason paul here from s bruit saying hello from berlin. i sent you an email. hope your keeping well.
  10:13am Cheri Pi:

I love D666!
  10:19am dc pat:

velvet lounge is glorious. My group might have been one of the very first groups to play there but it has MUCH better sound now.
  10:20am ex:

ill get leftovers...its good to be late and in europe .for.apache
  10:20am Cecile:

I'd like to see both Velvet Lounges someday.
  10:21am BSI:

DCP: what be your group?
and speaking of Velvet Lounge, bsi LP release giggy there 10june with Radian. ... end of sales-pitch. i shut up now.
  10:22am Cecile:

man, I'm depressed seeing that Slow Dudes cover. I pitched ideas for stitched covers in '96 to a couple of people, but it never panned out. Now it's the hottest thing since ghost peppers.
  10:23am dc pat:

hey if the DJ plays your tunes, you get to plug.

LONG time ago, the Lincoln Brigade. and the Skinnys before that, both kaput now.
  10:24am Chris from DC:

Yeah, the show on the 10th should be levitational. @Pat: who'd you play there with?
  10:29am dc pat:

Jeeze, now yer testing me. Lot a gigs with the Phobes, Hang on...
  10:30am BSI:

Chris: that wasn't an ACCIDENTAL hawkwind reference now, wuzzit? If we're very lucky, it may not be far off...
  10:32am dc pat:

Feckless Beast, the Patsies, Poseur Bill
  10:34am Chris from DC:

Ha, subconscious Hawkwind reference I guess. That would be a fine thing indeed.
  10:37am Dead Corporate Eyes:

oh yeah, I guess they are playing in CLE tonight:
  10:40am ex:

this sound like worms in my honey
  10:41am Carmichael:

  10:48am Richard from Venezuela:

  10:57am Dead Corporate Eyes:

I keep hearing shards of Captain Beefheart in this
  10:59am ex:

i like this rhytmic velvet underground moments when the run over niel young and guitar gets more distorted
  11:00am Nat the Parker:

great show man!
  11:03am Tom G:

Sweet set!
  11:03am Cecile:

Indiana has a lot of interesting bands. Two of my faves = MX-80 and the Zero Boys. Both were kind of uncategorizable, and these guys are too. Great stuff.
  11:04am Trouble In Mind:

interesting factoid: drummer Seth from Apache Dropout's uncle was/is IN the Zero Boys. True story.
  11:04am Tom G:

And the Gizmos!!

Zero Boys had a hand in producing Apache Dropout LP.
  11:05am pierre:

please please please…
  11:05am Tom G:

hey Trouble in Mind, when you puttin the single out??
  11:05am Cecile:

Awesome, Tom G and Trouble. You know, when it comes down to it, truly the Boys were my fave hardcore band.
  11:08am dc pat:

Husker Du is my fave hardcore band. JFA is #2
  11:09am Tom G:

Negative Approach here!
  11:09am Trouble In Mind:

Trouble In Mind single will be out on June 28th!
  11:10am Cecile:

I'm more old school in a way. Oh, yeah, Die Kreuzen are way up there. Really Red.
  11:10am ex:

they should make one intrumental song when they really freak out musically and mash up background noise to surface vocal ..would be touch ..
  11:10am Tom G:

oh cool thanks trouble, can't wait. just now saw the image and info jason put on his page.
  11:13am dc pat:

  11:17am Nat the Parker:

Shout out to Circle City Deacons, Indiana ska
  11:18am Radioman:

Bandcamp is better than myspace.
  11:20am pierre:

i'd be afraid to talk to Kid Congo Powers about the Cramps to.
  11:25am efd:

huh, I wonder if that Zero Boys song was the inspiration for the 1-2-3-4-go record store/label...?

Great show, Jason!
  11:25am Radioman:

But the FMA is best. ;-)
  11:32am pierre:

Oblivians must… say… that i… am… a… fan…
  11:38am GermanRodriguez:

excellent fucking show jason..indiana rockin show nice sounds
  11:38am Carmichael:

I grew up out here with the Dead Kennedys. And the Cramps were hanging around down the street from me back in the bad ol' days.
California uber alles!
  11:39am dc pat:

funny 45? 33? no 45! Wait 33!!
  11:42am dc pat:

Go see Arrington, he's amazing.
  11:43am Das:
