  9:04am jay:

greeting from London uk
  9:11am thomas:

thanks for playing music by Rahsaan Roland Kirk! much appreciated.
  9:39am fred:

I just got your premium this week, and a few tracks cracked me up. I wonder what the canyon people spokesman is up to these days, though chances are he's one of the fat-cat bankers who sent the economy into a tailspin
  9:48am Looms:

Hello Bob! Thanks for you prenium as well; some good, funny and rare stuff on it.

Salut Fred!
  9:56am Tom L (Hallock Hill):

Hi Bob. Some fantastic sounds today. And hi Looms! Hope all is well.
  9:56am fred:

Salut Looms,
David sounded pleased about your capturing their performance, that makes me glad I've put you two in touch. I must say I'm still very uneasy about giving him your email without asking you first, I hope you don't mind. All apologies anyway, I just shouldn't have done that; I thought I knew him enough to think he wouldn't abuse it, but still it was a breach of trust about which I'm downright ashamed.
  9:57am Gretchen:

Hello from Vermont! Great cool morning. Really like what you are playing.
  10:01am Looms:

No worry, Fred, David is a real gentleman.
  10:03am Looms:

Hello Tom, Hope all is well for you too. Have to rush out, see you soon!
  10:06am Tim B:

  10:24am Madhattan:

Hi Bob - Sister Fleeta Mitchell and Rev. Willie Mae Eberhard also did a great version of "Satan, Your Kingdom Must Come Down" on The Art of Field Recording comp. Nice Nina connection there - likewise the rest of this splendid set,.

  10:35am Ryan P. Young:

Hey Bob,
I heard you love Sacred Harp singing. If you're curious (or if you want to announce it on the radio), the New York City all day sacred harp singing convention will be held on September 18th from 10-3:30 at the 15th St. Friends meeting house in Manhattan. We'll sing all day.
  10:37am Madhattan:

Nina's "See Line Woman" was reissued and remixed (by Masters at Work) in 2002 and enjoyed a second life as a sizable dance hit.
  10:39am MuttonChops:

Oh Nick
  10:39am Bob:

Roland Kirk, NRBQ, Easybeats and Billy Strange...all in one show. Nice work Bob
