:)
  12:37am
SueP:

A little disappointed about LeBron, but he's gotta do what he's gotta do. Very sad about the death of Harvey. Another great artist from Clevo that wasn't really ever appreciated by the people there.
  12:49am
DJ Terre T:

The LeBron thing bummed me out for so many reasons. Not just 4 Clevo losing a hometown sports hero, but actually for Cle's ECONOMY. Miami's economy doesn't "need" a LeBron.

Harvey Pekar dying was super sad for me coz he of all people in my memory elevated the form of comix. (Pekar's American Splendor and Art Speigelman's Maus are burned in my brain for their greatness)
  12:57am
DJ Terre T:

(That new Goodnight Loving track is supa-evocative-really good.)
Was that the old Sins from the 8Ts (from Cali?) You're creating a nice dark mood here, lady!
  12:58am
SueP:

The Sins = Original Sins w/o keyboards!! A Bro.JT two-fer.
  1:01am
Mark from C-Bus:

Have a chance to read Eric Davidson's We Never Learn: The Gunk Punk Underground 1988-2001? He spoke here last Friday nite @ Wexner Center. Missed it, but caught the New Bomb Turks next day along with Gibson Bros. reunion and Scrawl. If that ain't enough, Oblivians, Cheater Slicks and Bassholes played later same nite.
  1:03am
?:

how was Gibson Bros?
  1:06am
DJ Terre T:

@Mark from C-bus . I gotta read Eric's book. I want to have him to talk abt it actually. I cant believe u saw NBT, the GIBSON BRO's, OBLIVIANS, Cheater Slix & Bassholes all in the same day! I was so tempted to go to Ohio for the shows!
  1:08am
Mark from C-Bus:

NBT and Gibsons were freakin great!!! Like being in a time machine.
  1:13am
SueP:

And how was Scrawl?!
  1:18am
Mark from C-Bus:

Scrawl was great as usual! Too many great bands playing that day. Ted Leo was playing right across the street after, but I opted for the Oblivians show @ Summit.
