Listener comments!

  11:09am JB:

  11:19am Ron from DC:

Carlene Carter - man!
  11:24am Peter:

Yes, the Smithereens have only 1 formula - but damn, it's a good one. A few years ago, I also saw them put on an amazing show at BB King's. I went in with a bit of cynicism, and came out saying 'wow!'.
  11:25am jay:

just at a friend in kings cross londondn first time he has listened to your show think he likes it he used to be in orange juice
  11:34am Peter:

Laura Cantrell! What a great tune. Thanks, Michael.
  11:35am Michael:

A #1 hit for sure!
  11:43am Michael:

Smokin J - please leave me alone.
  11:56am Peter:

Michael, Did you ever see the BBC docu about Nick Lowe and Dave Edmunds? It's called "Born Fighters". It's up on YouTube.
  11:58am Michael:

Peter - yes - I never tire of watching it - great stuff.
  12:01pm Peter:

Yeah - definitely a 'friend-emies' thing going on. I marvel too at the cigarette and alcohol consumption. A single night with them would have killed me. At one point, you see Graham Parker in there with them, but who is that guy that Edmunds touts as the amazing guitarist? Did he do other stuff?
  12:03pm Michael:

Albert Lee - yes - he's amazing...

watch many you tube clips of "Country Boy" - prepare to have your mind blown apart
  12:18pm Bob:

¿Aqui En La Fiesta? ¡Que rico!
  12:28pm Frankie:

Thanks for keeping me going during my workout, great stuff as always
  12:28pm Peter:

Kim Shattuck has one of the top 3 female rock+roll voices of all time.
  12:56pm kw:

Listening to Murray is painful at times but a great Father's Day choice!
