  9:41am dc apt:

  9:42am annie:

  9:43am dc pat:

see you annie, have good one.
  9:43am jason:

hey chris, i hope you are able to channel the fear into positive exploratory energy. what've you been enjoying on the FMA? let's be FMA-friends! I'm http://freemusicarchive.org/member/jason
  9:44am annie:

off to make a test batch of something alcoholic.. yumm
  9:45am jason:

yum, have fun annie!
  9:50am Cecile:

annie, awesome! Good morning, all!
  9:52am dc pat:

mmmmm, alcohol...
  9:58am chris:

i have yet to register as a member but i usually hang out in the psych-rock section - aside from all the big blood stuff i like those kraus songs, lo moda, and want to hear much more from teenage waistband...im gonna register now.
  10:05am jason:

i wanna hear more from teenage waistband too! gotta follow up with them, that is some extremely rare and awesome stuff
  10:18am Cecile:

When I get the hard drive, I am so diving into the FMA for serious.
  10:24am Cecile:

are you in a funky-glitch-techy mood, Jason, cause I'm diggin' it.
  10:27am chris:

i registered...now its on!
  10:33am chris:

i never really explored member pages. i was just floating around haphazardly before. must be where the fear came from - theo angell is another one i really like...need more from him.
  10:33am Carmichael:

Good morning Jason and people of popularity.
  10:35am Carmichael:

Cecile, what's wrong with your hard drive? Are you driving a rental right now?
  10:38am jason:

haha...also, hard drives are not necessary if you have an internet connection and good speakers
  10:45am chris:

NYC to LA - now that's a hard drive!
  10:52am Cecile:

It's too full.
I need to have gobs and gobs of sound files. I'm getting an external one.
  10:52am north guinea hills:

it's always nice to lower the pH.
  10:55am TC:

Cecile, you can get a 1 TB external drive for like $100. I couldn't make due without mine.
  10:57am Carmichael:

@Cecile: That's what I did. Also got some rippin' software for my room o' vinyl. Now it's off to the MP3 races ...
  10:57am friendoo:

buy an Ipod, dont sweat it so much
  10:59am Carmichael:

Mine's full (80gb), hence the hard drive.
  11:01am Cecile:

paloma = bird

Friendoo, I filled that up.
  11:03am earl:

your dj speaaks on talk is cheap, that's funny
  11:04am Carmichael:

Sesame Camino Real?? Paloma Grande??
  11:22am Cecile:

TC - that is my fame plan.
  11:27am Cecile:

game plan.
my fame plan is nonexistent.
  11:32am chris:

fame plan for cecile - get a balloon that looks like a flying saucer and...
  11:35am TC:

Though having said that, my external drive was acting up this morning, which always makes me nervous. No big deal, just a year and a half worth of live recordings....
  11:37am adam:

gary war! I am all about gary war!
  11:45am dc pat:

yeah so the lesson here is to buy 2 1TB external HDs, one for backup.
  11:51am TC:

Some folks tell me they back up audio to DVD as well, but I haven't tried it.
  6:30pm will:

mmm Gichy Dan mmm.
  9:24am harlequinade:
