9:25am Brian in UK:We got the white stuff early here. I think it might be Judy Dyble singing on the Fairport track, Dale. 9:27am annie:nice to see you scott. 9:28am texas scott:howdy, annie.gettin snow for christmas, are ya? 9:29am dale:ah, thanks brian. 9:53am Jim B:I believe there exists an outtake of the Bonanza theme sung by the cast in which they collapse into helpless laughter. 9:53am david in virginia:hearing bonanza reminds me of the time I saw dan block eating lunch at the restaurant next to the ice skating rink at radio city music hall 9:56am annie:scott, we already have snow.. ;) and i just heard that today is "hug a ginger" day.. 10:01am david in virginia:we already got about 8" in ol'virginie 10:12am texas scott:nice, david.i've never seen a white christmas.i know some of youse get snow all winter and it can be a pain in the ass after a while.
a white christmas would be nice, though.
10:15am Keith:Hi Bob - I'd be happy to take credit for the Bonanza arrangement, but it was Terry's idea. It's essentially a harmolodic version of the tune - the final version is 3 takes played simultaneously.
Great show as always - the Bostic & Hawkins sides were especially nice.
10:15am annie:ok, i'm off!! groceries, etc.. bob, it's been a great show!! see you all later.. looks like the storm will head eat-north-east and we will get a smidgeon of the precip. we shall see! it's breaking up in penna.. 10:16am annie:scott, i'll read your message later.. toodle-oo! 10:24am Tom ( The Bactrian Support NetWork ):http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AdelpcRm5zE 10:33am paul:That's Mr. Ar-KAY-dee-uh 10:34am paul:Scratch that. 10:46am Steve:Thanks for the Nina Bob. Always a good thing when I manage to hear your show (it's a little early here in California).
Dave M - if that M stands for Mandl - look forward to your Christmas day show that will be a nice gift to us all.
10:55am paul:This is such a nice break from Christmas music. 3:09pm joe McCloskey:BB....what's up with PJ being on Swain records....thought for sure it would be on Cland 4:58pm dave heasman:Ah Red Nichols. Jazz - Delicious Hot, Disgusting Cold. You should play more old stuff. Also, another John Barry theme from 1960 that might tickle is "Never Let Go". V atmospheric. 6:59pm Dave Heasman:No, not Red Nichols. Obvs.
