I just reserved the JD Robb. Thanks for the library call numbers in the playlist.

Ike:

I dig the NYPL too. Very strong book selection. I walk past the Mid-Manhattan branch on my way to work. It's one of the few good things about midtown.
  10:24pm
ranjit:

Korean food. That's the other good thing about midtown.
  10:27pm
Ike:

You're right. Although honestly, I've had better Korean food in Maryland and also a long time ago in Palisades Park NJ. Which Korean joints on 32nd St. are good these days?
  10:31pm
ranjit:

My fave for a fancy meal is Cho Dang Gol on 35th. I go to Woo Ri Jip on 32nd for a cheap buffet.

I wonder if the Brooklyn Public Library has anything as interesting as these.
  10:40pm
Ike:

Oh yeah, I forgot about Cho Dang Gol. That place is great.

I haven't been to Woo Ri Jip in a really long time. Last time, it was just OK. Is there a particular buffet item that's especially good?
  10:49pm
ranjit:

Not really - WRJ is just cheap and acceptable! OK, I do love the kimchee pancakes. What are your favorites?

I hope Bethany likes Korean food and will forgive us for taking over the comments.

Kyle:

This stuff disturbs my dreams, but those are the best ones. Whenever I go to sleep listening to Bethany's show I know I will have bizarre dreams. Especially when I go to bed early and wake up right around the end of the show...not exactly the most comforting music you want to hear when you are half awake.
  11:51pm
ranjit:

Maybe she'll do a lullaby-themed show for you.

Pete Mueller:

For some peculiar reason the sound of French kids talking to the accompaniment of electro-accoustic montage relaxes me. Strangely pleasing. Thanks for it.
