Charlie's song on the premium CD is my favorite. Takes a lot of talent to take a great song and give it a great twist.

Thanks for the Klaus Nomi cd Guys, old Klaus sure sounds like some wonderfully weird Teutonic oddball :-)

(mta) Tony:

When I was a young boy of 14 listening to fmu circa 1967, I hadn't any money to contribute, but dreamed of the day when I could. As a teenager, I worked but didn't earn enough to "give" it away. As a young man, I spent my money on BUYING things, never considering to support a radio station! Living in the Caribbean during the eighties and nineties, fmu was out of range and out of mind. But moving back to NYC as a man of 50, and finding fmu STILL working its magic after molding my life and teaching me so much, it is now time for me to give back as much as I can, for without the music I learned from fmu as a child, I certainly wouldn't be the person I am today. Still I am not wealthy, but my priorities changed, and I will always have a buck for fmu, hopefully for the rest of my life. I owe fmu so much, I can only hope to make worthwhile contributions, however small. Sorry for the lengthy prose, but I just had to advise people NOT TO WAIT as long as I did before contributing. Do it now, and do it every year for you will be happier about yourself in doing so. Contribute now or else you may find yourself trying to "catch up" for the rest of your life as I am. Better late than never, right people?
