Performing live: The brilliant Malian singer Coumba Sidibe, one of the originators of the Wassalou sound; the Moroccan-born multi-instrumentalist (and recent Rachid Taha sideman) Rachid Halihal and his Layali el Andalus Ensemble; and the charismatic Afro-Colombian coastal roots band La Cumbiamba Eneye.
