	6:01am Daybreak!: Here in Boonton, NJ I I had some light food poisoning yesterday around 2:30. Somehow, I finished my work. I napped from 5:30 until almost 9 pm I dined on a single piece of toast. (My stomach burbled and there was many an ambush blat) I'm not sure how much I actually slept last night, but good night was still restful in its own way. Perhaps it was the "it's Friday" of it all that made rest possible? Either way, it is still a good morning.
