I've got to get new lenses in my actual eyes. They can do weird things with them, like one long range eye and one for reading, or bi/tri focals.
That sounds really messed-up, the whole idea of eye surgery REALLY freaks me out

I've had progressive lenses for 12 years or so and I've worn glasses since I was 11 years old. Too many things wrong with my vision, yet no cataracts yet.

I'm with you, Sondie. Could never deal with contacts. Thank goodness I have extreme astigmatism and thyroid eye disease.

Moonlight Roller Rink in Glendale CA still has an old guy playing the organ. At least occasionally. I saw Korla Pandit play their organ once in the '90s.
