The song title could be translated as "Wine bar rhymes" or "Wine-drinking rhymes." For this album, he joined up with a project titled "1 bor 1 vers" (1 wine, 1 poem), where a poem was read at each of twelve wineries in the Balaton area. He set each of these poems to song.

Yeah, "West Germany" as a country name is no longer in use - it's all the Bundesrepublik now, for better or for worse. It's still in common use, though (to refer to that side of the country in the present, as a part of the now unified whole).
