	10:06pm Listener Sean in Long Valley: I’m sorry about your friend. We all feel similar regrets at one point or another. I often think back in my 20s when AIDS was everywhere in NYC. My roommates sister called to tell me I should come and visit him in the hospital but I was away for the weekend and just didn’t do it. It was the last chance I got. I chalk it up to being young and foolish. We will do better next time.

I can think of a few people I should contact though inertia and fear of their resentment prevent me from doing so. On the flip side, I'm loving your songs this evening. In college, a friend of mine gave me Husker Du's Flip Your Wig as a birthday present. I wasn't cool enough to know who they were at the time. I ignored the record for a while. I started listening to it and was hooked. "Make No Sense" was one of my favorites as was the title track. Since then, I prefer New Day Rising though I will always appreciate Flip Your Wig for being the gateway to them for me, thank you for bringing me back to that while in your grief.

	11:07pm Rick A: All of this music reminds me of a time when one could not just click a button and learn the entire history of a band. Our ability to learn about bands and singers through the Internet has increased knowledge of those who have traditionally stayed in the underground. On the whole, I think that's positive. However, with ease of circulation, the club is not as exclusive ad it was, which is not as special an experience. as it was in the past. Then the record store and stations like WFMU were the exclusive conduit to underground music.

My roommates sister called to tell me I should come and visit him in the hospital but I was away for the weekend and just didn’t do it. It was the last chance I got. I chalk it up to being young and foolish. We will do better next time.

I can think of a few people I should contact though inertia and fear of their resentment prevent me from doing so. On the flip side, I'm loving your songs this evening. In college, a friend of mine gave me Husker Du's Flip Your Wig as a birthday present. I wasn't cool enough to know who they were at the time. I ignored the record for a while. I started listening to it and was hooked. "Make No Sense" was one of my favorites as was the title track. Since then, I prefer New Day Rising though I will always appreciate Flip Your Wig for being the gateway to them for me, thank you for bringing me back to that while in your grief.

	11:07pm Rick A: All of this music reminds me of a time when one could not just click a button and learn the entire history of a band. Our ability to learn about bands and singers through the Internet has increased knowledge of those who have traditionally stayed in the underground. On the whole, I think that's positive. However, with ease of circulation, the club is not as exclusive ad it was, which is not as special an experience. as it was in the past. Then the record store and stations like WFMU were the exclusive conduit to underground music.
