Hello MHLee!

It's usually written as one word, btw :-) 'Goedendag" "Goededag" or "Goeiedag"

Yes, accidentally clicked on the wrong place on the screen. So you did hear it...

I don't know why but everything about this song and album cover(s) feel very 2000s

'Als je maar bekend bent' = 'As long as you're wellknown'
Avatar 12:41pm

yay! TME!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:46pm
Jan Turkenburg:

Mr Oxford, you're right. Especially for the Zwolle item I sometimes play relatively recent music.
Avatar 12:50pm
Mr. Oxford:

I find it interesting that in the Dutch language, the 'j' is pronounced as 'y' is pronounced (I think?) in English. But a name like 'Jenny' or 'Jim' in Dutch retains J as it is in English.

In Nordic languages, German, Finnish and Estonian, the 'j' always remains 'ye' even in names like Julia, Joerg, etc.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:54pm
Jan Turkenburg:

Yes, because Jenny and Jim are considered English names. The Dutch name Jannie or Janny is pronounced as Yanny
Avatar 12:55pm
Mr. Oxford:

Ah, understood.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:55pm
Jan Turkenburg:

No copycat behaviour at all by Catapult here ;-)
Avatar 12:57pm
Mr. Oxford:

That's why I wondered why am I liking this Catapult song so much? Why does it sound like it could have been done by some other band?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:58pm
Jan Turkenburg:

It mimics 'M' - Popmuzik
Avatar 12:58pm

This sounds like something I should include on the WWRRS
