	🍒 ♥ 7:24pm Austin Rich: I used to be employed by many fast food places as a youth. I think McDonalds and Taco Bell might hold the bottom rung for me, in terms of places to work and quality of food.

	7:25pm Mike Rogers: I think Taco Bell went bankrupt in Japan, but they came back a few years ago. My wife likes Taco Bell.
	7:25pm shangri-lounge: A little healthy disassociation about where your food really comes from never hurt anyone though, right? ;)
	7:26pm Sarcofiguy: @FELDY: Ever since the advent of CHIPOLTE restaurant, Taco Bell has long since been in my rear view. Mind you, Chilupas are my kryptonite, but that's been some years even for that!

Near the end of my fast food years, when I was running out of places to work until I gave up and quit, I finally threw in with Burger King, where I was hired immediately, and had my schedule sorted out. When I got home, there was a message from the local bookstore, asking if I wanted to work part time. I never showed up to work at BK.
	7:26pm Mike Rogers: But Taco Bell is pretty expenisve in Japan... On the other hand, buying good Mexican Food in Japan is like impossible.

	7:37pm Mike Rogers: OK. This will make you lose your appetite. So I worked as a Busboy at a fancy restaurant in Ventura California. So, one day, my friend and I were ordered by the restuarant manager to clean this filter about this huge vat of soup. It was just covered with crud and was so disgusting. So we treid to pull the filter off the cage that held it, but it wouldn't budge. We kept pulling and pulling, then finally with all our might! The filter did not come off, but this 3 or 4 gallon sized lump of yellow crud fell off the filter and landed inside the soup. My friend and I were shcoked and looked at each ohter like, "Uh Oh, we are in trouble!" But the cook, just walked over, smoking a cigarette, and started stirring to vat of soup like it was no big deal> I told my parents to never eat at that restaraunt again!

I once had dinner at a local Italian restaurant and the eggplant rollatini tasted like a can of Ajax cleanser fell into the sauce. I thought I was going to die. (Narrator: She did in fact not die.)

Near the end of my fast food years, when I was running out of places to work until I gave up and quit, I finally threw in with Burger King, where I was hired immediately, and had my schedule sorted out. When I got home, there was a message from the local bookstore, asking if I wanted to work part time. I never showed up to work at BK.

So, one day, my friend and I were ordered by the restuarant manager to clean this filter about this huge vat of soup. It was just covered with crud and was so disgusting. So we treid to pull the filter off the cage that held it, but it wouldn't budge. We kept pulling and pulling, then finally with all our might! The filter did not come off, but this 3 or 4 gallon sized lump of yellow crud fell off the filter and landed inside the soup. My friend and I were shcoked and looked at each ohter like, "Uh Oh, we are in trouble!" But the cook, just walked over, smoking a cigarette, and started stirring to vat of soup like it was no big deal> I told my parents to never eat at that restaraunt again!
