A combination of collage, new experimental records and other bits and bobs, Mid-Valley Mutations is a tour through the mind of Austin Rich, who has been broadcasting in some form since 1998. Heavily influenced by Dr Demento, Don Joyce and old fashioned College Radio, Austin creates Audio Essays on a variety of subjects, and even just plays records, from time to time. Sometimes Live music and Interviews will grace the program, helping create a situation where you don't really know what you're going to hear, when you tune in. What you need to know is when you enter the Mid-Valley region, be prepared for the Musical Mutations... in whatever form they take.

Barno in Akron:

@Krys I had a robomower - it was one of the best purchases I ever made. Plus it was the talk of the neighborhood. It would draw onlookers to the edge of our lawn all the time. I'd throw open the front door - spread my arms out and declare "THE FUTURE IS NOW" to much laughter.

One of the original "mission statements" from Servotron was that they would release something once every six months. And they actually kept that up, with compilation tracks, 7"s, and albums! However, when Proto-Unit V3 broke up with the person in the band that wrote all the songs, and... they just focused on Man... Or Astro-Man? after that.

Love how in Dramatized situations Humans always seem to cooperate. But in reality we just blow fuck out of anything we feel threatened by.

This proposed business model should include DVDs, too. I damaged one disc from a large set. I don't want to have to buy the whole set again, just a replacement disc.

Yeah. Realistically, Dantro and Slats would just go back to the ship, get all the guns they can carry, and nuke every bot they run into. Until they are killed, or something.

They probably don't have all the violence to drag out the story, or something...
