oh yeah, transistors! I used to get something called WADO Radio. Maybe that was Buffalo. Some of those stations played lesser hits. So in New York City we'd get Rain on the Roof but not Little Black Egg...unless we heard LBE late at night when atmospheric conditions let us hear something different
