I save about $100 every monthly order. It's owned by a crossfit gym in Lodi. They got screwed during lockdown, so it feels good to support people who really need it.

	♥ 12:45pm tim from washington: I saw Scruffy The Cat at an in store show at Vinyl Solution in Grand Rapids MI when I was in 9th grade in 1987 or 88. It was a really formative experience for me. It was my first time seeing a band up close and also the first indie/punk/alternative band I saw. I kept up with the band for a little while after. I haven't really analyzed that experience until right now. As a 49 year old my preferred way of seeing bands is in intimate non club venues, all ages and accessible to everyone. I wonder if seeing Scruffy the Cat 30+ years ago at my favorite record store planted that seed.

Whenever I'm in a used record store, I can never remember which one it is, because their records were released on various labels under various titles and different art, and I have most of the songs from the missing album on compilations. I should figure it out. Yes, I should figure that out. Side note: there's a RIPPING fast version of Hocus Pocus on one of the Focus outtakes compilations. Not so much yodeling, because it's hard to yodel that fast, I guess. But boffo guitar soloing instead.

But it does get kind of violent at times (and has a alien plot) so it's likely not your cup of tea. 	♥ 12:45pm tim from washington: I saw Scruffy The Cat at an in store show at Vinyl Solution in Grand Rapids MI when I was in 9th grade in 1987 or 88. It was a really formative experience for me. It was my first time seeing a band up close and also the first indie/punk/alternative band I saw. I kept up with the band for a little while after. I haven't really analyzed that experience until right now. As a 49 year old my preferred way of seeing bands is in intimate non club venues, all ages and accessible to everyone. I wonder if seeing Scruffy the Cat 30+ years ago at my favorite record store planted that seed.

Whenever I'm in a used record store, I can never remember which one it is, because their records were released on various labels under various titles and different art, and I have most of the songs from the missing album on compilations.
