It feels to me that Ms Spector got her proper notice in the end of things. At least I hope she felt so.
The City Council voted unanimously Thursday to change the name of Robert E. Lee Boulevard to Allen Toussaint Boulevard, honoring the rhythm-and-blues great who lived on the street in Gentilly before his death in 2015.
