in 66 or 67 the BBC Radiophonic Workshop (Delia Derbyshire and I think David Vorhaus) held a happening called the Thousand Volt Exhibition, so beside music by Derbieshire, Vorhaus, and Peter Sivinov (SP?) - he created the VCS3 synth, the Beatles contributed a Musique Concret tape to the happening. It was only played that night.
