We have had so much rain in southern VT that I have seen some fantastic stream action on my walks and hikes. However, it sounds a lot more active than this, which sounds much more like successive waves of water from the rain sewer pulsing up into your basement through the drain.
Or is it just me?

Haha, yeah flooding like fire is really one of those before/after things. That last piece was actually recorded underwater in a stream with a hydrophone, no air wave microphones...

I put a Bob Dylan record on around 5, and after a while a catbird came to the tree closest to the open door and sang loudly at me for 15 minutes. I'm convinced he saw Bob as his competition and was trying to drive him away. The door had been open for hours previously, with no bird showing any interest.

I realize that record label names are not important, but I feel I must say that "Lobster Theremin" does not sound like a good idea. I am imagining a lobster waving its claws at a theremin, and I really wonder if it could make effective music.
