Yeah. Japanese kids have weird tastes. You will meet a kid who says, "I like Toto, Madonna and Metallica!" I think it's because there are 42 million people in Tokyo, but only 5 FM stations (also one government run one, that should suck, but is probably the best one). The other 5 stations play Japanese teeny bopper stuff.

Watch out in the USA there's lots of fake sushi restuarants. I went to one once and the kitch staff were all seaking Korea to each other. I love Korean food.

Do you guys know what Sho-chu is? It's like a Korean White lightening. Super popular in Japan. In the late 40s & 50s, when refrigeration was difficult in Japan, people mixed Hoppy (non alcoholic beer) with Sho chu and it made a very low calorie berr subsitute.
