We have this dumpling place very close by called Hui Tou Xiang that is beyond good. Every type seems to have a specific type of wrapping. Usually we get fish and vegetable, but recently I've been getting the pork shumai, which is hard to imagine how they achieve this level of delicacy. After I finish, I just sit and stare.

Can't mistake that distinctive voice of Scott Walker. One of the most enigmatic singer/songwriters in pop history. Never "made it" as a solo here in the US after the early success of the Walker Brothers. A thinking man's singer, for sure. RIP, dear Scott!
