Speaking of Olympics, the women's marathon is happening now. It's 81°F/27°C with 86% humidity in Sapporo. Very difficult conditions for running, much less trying to polka for 26 miles.

Incredible salad starter marinade recipe:

Three parts bread & butter (¡!B&G ONLY¡!) pickle brine. Two parts white vinegar. Half part balsamic. Splash <to pref> Italian dressing

Stir

Combine w starters

Cucumbers peppers radish red onion scallion etc plus one small hot pepper jalapeño will do but go smaller

Add asstd greens lettuce whatever

Enjoy
