Boones farm was like light box wine but with a sweet chemical underbelly like drinking gatorade through a garden hose. Never again, that was the dumb teenager time. Everclear a couple of times in the 80s, we would pour it into (a clean bathtub) and chop up fresh fruits and mix for parties.

But on a lighter note, there was this second tier band named Boones Farm around here. We went to see them the night before Easter in 1972. Of course we got totally wrecked. At one point, the lead singer who was this charismatic black guy did this in between song preacher style rap. "It matters on the streets, but it doesn't matter between the sheets" he declared. Seriously stoned sixteen year old me was - Oh wow, heavy!
