I remember a version of NY NY from Dr. Demento. A group in Chicago got their hands on the Sinatra version, and ran it through their tape player backwards. They learned how to perform the entire song - backwards. They recorded themselves performing it backwards - then ran THAT tape backwards.....

@Hyper -- I take vitamins, etc. AND meds.. I can recommend a laundry list of supplements...DHEA and Chromium..et. al. They have a mix of Omega3 nuts and cranraisins at Shop Rite.
