Full time road group when he graduated from high school. Born in 1941 was best friends with Sam Cooke. The Jackson 5 use to sit in on The Hightower rehearsals when they were on the road. He recorded an Album on Messiah Records. He had a group called Rapture: Johnson and Hightower (1988).

Full time road group when he graduated from high school. Born in 1941 was best friends with Sam Cooke. The Jackson 5 use to sit in on The Hightower rehearsals when they were on the road. He recorded an Album on Messiah Records. He had a group called Rapture: Johnson and Hightower (1988).
