yes, and to each person, so personally. i guess it is like looking out at an audience and responding to their bodies except you are doing it in words and maybe also what you play next. i wonder what it would be like if everyone were playing a show and trying to write. then we would know if we could. then some of us would know more about failure, i guess too.
