Aye, she's the one that took me to library once a week as a kid (from age four), and got me into "book learning". I noticed back in April, things were off the rails when she was having trouble playing UNO, a game I've played since pre-school.

Well, I inherited Von Willebrand's syndome from her (false hemophilia, there aren't enough proteins to catch the platelets to clot blood), so vascular dementia is definitely a possibility (more tests are needed).

luckily for me, I have strong vascular health from my father's side, but anytime I cut myself, it looks a lot worse then it is.
