the vegenaise is "vegetarian" so one wouldn't expect much but it's excellent and seems to "go farther"; and it keeps a long long time.
-a little expensive but worth it.

i'm not a vegetarian, but i eat a "vegan diet" much more often than not. i have fish 1-2X/week; eggs 1-2X/week;
a little cheese and butter; cream in coffee once/week or 2.
i'd call it moderation but really it's an evolved discipline. it's what works for me.
