Has to be one of the coolest live albums ever. I wonder what impact, if any, it had on Beach Music in South Carolina.

Hey I'm a little late for the party, but I can't believe I missed Albert Brooks' birthday, and the Modern Romance scene with his brother Super Dave followed by the jogging-to-the-payphone scene is truly brilliant.

As Hired Divas just demonstrated, it's always timely to be discussing the great Einstein family.

Cool, I learn something new every day. Sometimes those things are about the great Einstein family.

Didn’t Albert and Bob’s dad pass away onstage during a roast for Desi & Lucy?
  Swag For Life Member 12:51am

The only part of that I'm not sure about is that it was a Desi & Lucy event.

I missed the beginning of the show....but I think I am confused by the mechanics of the radio coming out of the beach...how many batteries did you have to bring to run the the rig??
  Swag For Life Member 1:30am
Ira:

I have a v-e-r-y long extension cord.
Avatar 1:32am
RabidRabbit:

I have to admit, that sounded slightly Welcome to Night Vale-ish. "Listeners, I'm afraid those people walked right by me. Either they didn't want to approach or they didn't see me. Although I'm sitting here at fully functional mixing desk with the station banner and my bloodstone prayer circle, so.... They could have also been some agents from the mysterious yet menacing government agency, in which case, they wouldn't talk to me or *whispers* angels who do not officially exist and are thus unable to converse with me, either. And now, the weather...." :P

@Ira It's always good to have a wrongness backup plan
Avatar 2:09am

The 55 9/11s and counting totally justified the earlier exclamation about Trini's death, and the Great Beach Sweep of 2020 justifies some Public Enemy--or at least Billy Bragg
Avatar 2:16am

Does going to see Billy Bragg get you on a watchlist somewhere in 2020 USA? Also a big hello to all
