It’s very easy to acquire fireworks down here. It’s illegal to sell them in Orleans Parish but go across the bridge and in Gretna right across the Parish line, there’s several stores right there off the highway. I don’t know how they all stay in business. You would think one of them would somehow put the others out of business but not yet.
