Now, I have reverted to graduate student mentality and lifestyle; go to bed way too late and cat wakes up way too early. You could try low dose melatonin or just think of nothing when you go to sleep. It is hard to do but it can be done.

	8:26am P-90: You guys are forgetting that for most of the history of radio, DJs did four hour live shifts, playing short records in short sets, and playing commercials, giving the weather (and sometimes traffic info), doing PSAs, reading news headlines, sometimes taking calls on the air between songs, etc, etc. Usually five-six days a week. That’s what DJs DO.
