Ridgewood Radio features concert recordings by adventurous bands and experimental musicians and restored archival tapes from private and institutional collections captured at venues large and small across the five boroughs of New York. It is produced by David Weinstein and Outpost Artists Resources operating out of the Ridgewood section of Queens, NY, where you'll find more yellow bricks than on the road to Oz and the cemetery of your choice is never more than a few blocks from home.

Mary Wing noticed flubs in the texts that use non-standard characters. It appears I too am a victim of this.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 🎃 Wed. 9/18/19 3:32pm steveo:

We're used to and enjoy non-standard characters in here, David. I'm really enjoying the guitars, too.
Avatar Wed. 9/18/19 3:34pm david w:

I fixed 'em but that took all the fancy schmancy out.

These Sounds make me smile (and make my co workers look at me funny...
Avatar Wed. 9/18/19 3:41pm david w:

Smiling at work, always suspect.

The unicode issue looked a little different from the usual ones. I guess the label name was "Pathé", let's see how that shows up...
Avatar Wed. 9/18/19 3:43pm david w:

Thanks, Fred. That's right. Seems fine in the comments but scrambles in the playlists.
Avatar Wed. 9/18/19 3:44pm northguineahills:

while my guitar gently pulls itself apart......

No instruments were harmed in the making of this program.
Avatar Wed. 9/18/19 3:48pm david w:

Except for my computer and my reputation, if you can call that an instrument.
Avatar Swag For Life Member Wed. 9/18/19 3:52pm doctorjazz:

Must be my demented smile...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 🎃 Wed. 9/18/19 3:56pm fred:

Older playlists look fine, including Bethany's yesterday. But there's a problem on Ken's playlist (This comment is intended for Kenzo)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 🎃 Wed. 9/18/19 4:01pm steveo:

Can you change Robert's last name to Ross, to keep the alliteration going?
Avatar Wed. 9/18/19 4:03pm david w:

I get that, steveo. Things don't always line up....
Avatar Wed. 9/18/19 4:03pm david w:

BTW this Poss track is making Ruth happy.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 🎃 Wed. 9/18/19 4:03pm fred:

@Kenzo: Searching playlists for "L'Épée" does not return Ken's playlist, but the weird "L'Épée" does
Avatar Swag For Life Member 🎃 Wed. 9/18/19 4:10pm steveo:

Thanks, David. I've made my peace with Poss.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 🎃 Wed. 9/18/19 4:41pm steveo:

This is wonderful.
Avatar Swag For Life Member Wed. 9/18/19 4:42pm doctorjazz:

Fun duet. Mary so jazz her own sound/style, nice combo with Seabrook:s more "electronic" sound
Avatar Wed. 9/18/19 4:45pm david w:

Definition of two locked in. I really don't know how they got there. Magic?
Avatar Wed. 9/18/19 4:51pm Kenzo (Ken's Last Ever):

@fred Ken must've copy/pasted from a bad source on that playlist.
Avatar Wed. 9/18/19 4:56pm Kenzo (Ken's Last Ever):
