Mark R:

Clifford Jarvis on standard trap drum set and James Jackson on log drum, Malcolm. Also I assume various members of the Arkestra banging on stuff!

Malcolm:

thanks!

Mark R:

They've also since released an expanded version of this concert called "The College Tour Vol. 1," which begs the question, "Is there a Vol. 2"? If there is, we don't have it in our library.

Another plan that never came to fruition, the way of the world...

Well, it’s too generic, up & down, up & down. Is why I’m not dancing. The Eels track. (Sorry...)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:13am
Guido from Cologne:

Haha, the guy's name is Rune Reilly Kølsch actually.
He is from Denmark. No relation to Cologne.
Avatar 4:14am
Scraps:

Now this is more like it. The Gauche track. (Yeah.)

Trying to get everybody up and moving after I lulled y'all to sleep in the first hour.

Colin in Durham, England:

I just searched for ‘The Eels’ and my phone looked at me like I’m stupid for not knowing it’s just Eels. Thanks
  4:39am
Mark R:

Really? I'm gonna fix my playlist and take out the "The," so I don't look like an ignoramus.
Avatar 4:40am
Scraps.:

Every once in a while, they also record as The Eels Orchestra. With the “The”

Man, I learn something new from you every show I do, Scraps. I hope sometimes, it's a two-way street.

You have to come up with the songs. I just investigate, if I want. (Read: sometimes it’s news to me, too.) Also, you do. Didn’t know Yoko Two!
  4:49am
markr:

Read a very glowing review of her album in Downbeat (yes, they still exist). I read their reviews online and often get turned on to really great music!

I really love how Linda howls toward the end of this song....

Hi from Holland:

This is awful. I love it.
  4:59am
markr:

She's letting it all hang out. She must have felt totally spent and strangely satisfied afterward. But there couldn't have possibly been a second take, right? This is IT!
  5:04am
markr:

This would be the antithesis of Linda Sharrock, you see...
Avatar 5:05am

The next 1970 album, =Monkey-Pockie-Boo=, is even more wild, if you are in the mind for it
  5:06am
markr:

I can't even imagine...
  5:08am
markr:

Hi, perhaps we could have Linda Sharrock and Yoko Ono for a scream-off.
