	11:15am Jeff: I remember going to Irving Plaza for a triple bill many moons ago: Joe “King” Carrasco and the Crowns The dBs Marshall Crenshaw No one knew who who Crenshaw was, but he was great! I assumed it was the first time he played live in NYC. I contacted him a few years back, and he confirmed that it was his debut performance here.

I was listening to the Beach Boys, the Monkees, AM radio (all great stuff mind you) but this was indeed heavy. And a little frightening, And "Sookie Sookie" just seemed nasty though I had no idea why. Which intrigued me to say the least!
