This Björn Olsson is insanely good. A cathartic soothing that I needed in my life at just this moment and sun angle. Thank you!

Hey Gaylord! Sorry for the late response, but out enjoying the sunset. Wow! That was nice!

But regarding liquified salsa, look… If I stick my chip in the salsa, and it’s just slightly damp and red that is not a fun experience.

Mystery Science Theater 3000 did an amazing episode on Manos Hands of Fate. Just the opening sequence has some great commentary. "Yep, here we are, watching... Manos, Hands of Fate."

Did “Small Circle of Friends” figure into Phil Ochs’ song of generally the same name?

(i had to check the past, in case you played shangri-las...in which case i'd have to adopt a somber feeling for missing it)
  9:18pm
JakeGould:

My only film riff tonight is I watched Buster Keaton’s “College” today and past it being one of the first higher ed. focused films, it really stunk.

Watching “Horse Feathers” to counter that. You know who had a free ride in the Marx Brothers, Zeppo… He’s less than a straight man, he’s downright stiff!
