The best burger deal I have had recently is from a local newsstand that shall remain nameless that does burgers and fries with a can of soda for $7. Tastes just like the old fast food burgers of the 1970s but I don’t feel sick afterwards. Like real food!

I saw a show about fast food chains who make food in other countries. McDonalds has a Maharishi Burger (chicken curry) in India, and Japan has some truly wild burgers (wasabi, unagi, etc ..) delivered in this Hello Kitty decor. People even get married there.

as far as i know bandcamp doesn't charge anything or pay anything to listen to it.
but if you haven't sold a certain (very low) monetary figure's-worth via bandcamp you may not upload tracks over a certain size; so you either have to divide them up or lower the quality of the file.

Okay, this is going to sound a little mean but I don't intend it that way and just thought it was kind of funny/interesting: I saw a museum show about Paul Simon not long ago. There was a button in the exhibit. Normal sized button. But in the photo of Paul with the same button on his guitar strap it looked WAY oversized. Simon must be pretty... uh... not tall.

Well, contacting the VP of a company who used to be my boss 19 years ago, worked. I originally got rejected by HR b/c I don't have a BS (Only a few BAs), but I explained my experience, and is scheduling an interview. (and it's less then six blocks away, I can walk there).

yeah i don't know how pissed he was once the checks started coming in. + "folk-rock" was starting to happen (animals, byrds, etc) so probably was about ready to embrace the change anyway.
