for those curious about endangered languages, WFMU's David Dichelle on the GTDS stream released a premium of songs in endangered languages, probably still available come marathon time if you ask! (it's a cracker for a [shitty] linguistic like me!)

Wish I was hiking in Ecuador, or even West Virginia. The blind tour is a damn good substitute, though. It's pretty incredible to hear an hour of radio where the two places (and at least a few others) hang out in the same sonic airspace.. this is why I love FMU. way to go Adriene!
