I had a college professor who was a longtime DJ at WFNX in Boston, and he recalled how everyone in town was baffled when this huge arena rock band appeared out of nowhere. It wasn't until later that they realized it was essentially a studio project that suddenly blew up.

I've been to Truth or Consequences. It is near Elephant Butte lake.
Why would there be strange panties in my laundry? My wife found these and I have no explanation. I do not have a mistress. My wife and I go to the YMCA sometimes and use the locker rooms there. My niece visited this summer, but they are not hers.
I guess Queen is not a valid option for band names that are locations?

@Joe McG - A couple of weeks ago I said I would report back about the Heaven 17 gig I was shortly due to attend. Happily they were excellent, more full-on than I had anticipated, and Glen Gregory’s voice is still bold and strong. They even threw in a couple of early Human League numbers, such as Being Boiled, which HL don’t do themselves anymore. So all in all, far from being over the hill as yet...

I love how the music that Ira the K plays when he DJs or in this case recommends sounds like his band. Not in an egotistical way but more like he's giving the listeners a glimpse of how his ear works. Whether it's a boogaloo jam or 60s folk pop, it all makes sense.
