Getting better every day. Sore as fuck, as Saturday I sped walked a total of 19 km (from my house, to meet my bros near the stadium to tailgate, back home to watch the game, and then back afterwards to meet them to see them off, and walked back home). I forgot to figure in I haven't walked more then 100m/day in over four months, and lost 35 lbs of weight (mostly muscle mass). But, it's a good soreness, it means my body still works.

The good news, my $490/month I've been spending on medical costs is going to $140 next month. The bad news, is my wife now has anemia, and doesn't have health insurance, and for me to add her, will cost her $675/mo. (My insurance is $75/mo.)
