Good morning from Yerevan, Nick. Once saw the Weasal Walter Quintet (his jazz band) in Brooklyn maybe 10 years ago, and it was as ridiculous as you can imagine if you're not already familiar.

a year ago you could only listen to almighty opp at their free monthly puppit shows on western corner elmwood in LA sometimes they would give away some cassettes of their music. now they have a band camp and some wfmu airplay

@yippi hehe, my punk band was supposed to tour the Caucasus last year and the tour included Baku, of course we couldn't get on that date! From our Georgian friends I heard that it's even more sparse than here or Tbilisi.
