They need a better name for better ratings, steveo: "The Glow Room." Sex it up a bit.
Avatar Swag For Life Member    Wed. 5/9/18 3:02pm listener james from westwood:

Ah, yes, that Ridgewood, the one nearer to me! Likely affiliated with nearby Valley Hospital!

Avatar Wed. 5/9/18 3:17pm david w:

No, it actually helped like a gentle slap. i was already "off" and have been catching myself in little acts of foolishness for days. Can't explain.
Avatar Swag For Life Member    Wed. 5/9/18 3:22pm steveo:

Avatar Swag For Life Member    Wed. 5/9/18 3:35pm doctorjazz:

Nice pic of Fred Hopkins! Saw him many times, going back to Air and Threadgill's Sextet!
(I blame everything now on allergies...)
Avatar Wed. 5/9/18 3:41pm david w:

I never saw that Air trio but the first album changed my life. And the allergy angle is a very good theory...
Avatar Swag For Life Member    Wed. 5/9/18 3:51pm doctorjazz:

Dug all their albums, and they were quite a fine live band. I saw them a few times downtown.
Avatar Swag For Life Member    Wed. 5/9/18 4:00pm doctorjazz:

This Brandon Lopez is really cool!
Avatar Wed. 5/9/18 4:03pm david w:

Now you have to listen closely as Brandon is using the bow like when you blow through a blade of grass and make it whistle.
Avatar Swag For Life Member    Wed. 5/9/18 4:28pm Sem:

Glorious goings-on, glad I'm here.
Avatar Swag For Life Member    Wed. 5/9/18 4:32pm northguineahills:

The great wall of David
Avatar Wed. 5/9/18 4:50pm david w:

Well, actually sometimes I think the Last Extravaganza is more like a pillow than a wall, but the stuffing may include mind-altering substances.
Avatar Swag For Life Member    Wed. 5/9/18 4:53pm Sem:

Many thanks, David and all. Next time, then.
