i have a small selection of plants in my only northwest-facing window. trees and such, no houseplants or veggies. i have this beautiful Blackjack Oak that's going to take over the window. no sunshine directly into the window yet, but the plants and i are making book on it.. we still have about 2 months to the solstice..
