I talked to him the day he died actually- he was scheduled to do an interview with me for this show the next day at noon, but he passed that evening. :(

I think I remember that. I think I heard that show. I seem to remember Red being a FB friend and that maybe he unfriended me? ha! saw him play here in LA... All these alt country dudes who didn't know anything about country music were there. oh well.
