One of the amazing things is how you see these folks volunteer around the station and you don't realize what a big deal they are in their "day life" world be it as a musician or author or artist or executive or cook or what have you - it is a remarkable melting pot that way in really the lack of pretense fun exchange of conversation and ideas. It really is extraordinary.
