I play music that is old and that is new. Some of it is digital while some is analog. It is from many different countries; sometimes it is loud and at other times it is quiet.

Good afternoon, james, fred, thank you for tuning in! zmmz, I heard that they're getting massive cold waves there. Nagasaki should be much better. Don't forget to send me Nagasaki Castella from there.

Hi Mayuko and vertiginous ones!
  Sat. 1/21/17 1:15pm Rickwaukee:

I'd protest February before I'd protest March
Avatar    Sat. 1/21/17 1:21pm fred:

Yeah, I guess the word "revolution" originally suggested something bloody in French, for historical reasons. But it's used so much in ads that I think that connection is only when talking about historical events
Avatar Sat. 1/21/17 1:21pm Doug Schulkind:

I am marching in my mind as I listen, Mayuko.
Avatar    Sat. 1/21/17 1:22pm Mayuko:

Hi doctorjazz! Thanks for tuning in! Rckwaukee, I guess I can still protest in March too anyway!

@fred I see. so many words are ruined and losing their significance. Sad!
Avatar    Sat. 1/21/17 1:33pm fred:

Walkman Antiquarian is a nice title, and now it probably means something different from what it would have meant 20 years ago
Avatar    Sat. 1/21/17 1:48pm fred:

That Yam/Wire track was pretty great. They look like an interesting ensemble too, though I'm unlikely to get to see them
Avatar    Sat. 1/21/17 1:53pm Mayuko:

Yeah, I really liked it too. I found this CD under a turntable of studio C. I'm assuming Jason is responsible, haha! Or could have been a hidden message to me from some mysterious force.
Avatar Swag For Life Member Sat. 1/21/17 1:57pm mauri:

Hi, Mayuko and Drummer drumlins. Which would be better, a fresh Oreo or a CD under the turntable?

Avatar Swag For Life Member    Sat. 1/21/17 2:15pm Jason_:

Oh! The director was Yasujiro Shimazu one. A few of his films have got subtitles from the fan-subs / sharing community, but not the one you were talking about. Really want to see it now.
Avatar    Sat. 1/21/17 2:16pm fred:

Thanks Mayuko!
Avatar    Sat. 1/21/17 2:23pm Mayuko:

Jason_, yes that's the one! Seems like there are so many interesting things around this film - and the film itself is amazing they say. I'd love to learn more about it and watch it too!!!
Avatar    Sat. 1/21/17 2:23pm Mayuko:

Thanks again everyone for listening. See you next week!
