@Brian-my anecdote: started taking two tablets of B12 a day (from Walmart, about $5.00) and noticed a HUGE difference. For me, your milage may vary. HUGE difference. Like I just turned 30 again-I am 49. PLUS I started running 2-3X a week.

I used to work in used record stores and what we found worked was running a finger over the scratch or mark. If it was raised, that usually meant it would skip. If not, it should play OK.

for the most part, you are not going to get spotless records unless you go to a record collector's yard or estate sale.
