@Liz listen carefully when Stan back announces it. A playlist will be posted on the comments board within a day or two (so no star facility, unfortunately). |

Thanks, @the Canterbury wood-elf. If I miss the announcement I'll ask the commenters to post the title. I _really_ like this.

@Juan I also couldn't figure out if that was one amazing long piece or two or more things Stan beautifully mixed together. We'll find out soon! |

This sounds like Charles Hayward singing. This Heat played some reunion concerts in London recently but I missed them. They were amazingly innovative for their time, but a bit too abrasive for me taste. |

Juan R:
You nailed it, This Heat! Man, how do you follow up the previous track? With something completely different yet equally deep and amazing! WFMU is one of the first stations I discovered on the internet, back in '99 or '00, and I've been listening on-and-off throughout the years. My favorite shows have been Inflatable Squirrel Carcass, Mosurock, Stereo Odyssey and Airborne Event. I think I've found a new favorite in Stan!

@LizGig The long piece was "20 Steps Towards The Invisible Door" by Øresund Space Collective. There's a Part 1 and a Part 2, both together as one piece on YouTube.

A classic Stan show. And we learn that he's a vegan (which will somehow make these shows even more enjoyable). |
