A viking ship appears on the horizon, a likeness of Loretta Lynn carved into its bow. Rare birds flock together to sing Francoise Hardy as soul hits. A sunset of blips and bleeps fills the air.

Watching the YouTube clip of Gainsbourg singing La Marseillaise at Strasbourg always makes me cry.
Avatar Swag For Life Member Tue. 11/17/15 9:05am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Does this piece represent Parisian arrondissements ?
Avatar Tue. 11/17/15 9:09am chromaphone:

Morning, no software to resize?
Avatar Tue. 11/17/15 9:16am Trouble:

no @chromaphone not now that i am on air, and I don't see it that large when i load it into the playlist at home.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 🎃 Tue. 11/17/15 9:18am Ken From Hyde Park:

Bon jour, amis. There are HTML options to change the size of an image (width="XXX" height="YYY"). www.computerhope.com... I guess the trick is to keep the numbers in the right proportions or the image will look squashed. The image is size 3817 x 2863 pixels.
Avatar Swag For Life Member Tue. 11/17/15 9:19am Webhamster Henry:

I just checked it in 4 browsers - it's at full size in all of them.
Avatar Tue. 11/17/15 9:20am chromaphone:

I just resized the artwork but how should I get it to you?
Avatar Swag For Life Member Tue. 11/17/15 9:21am Webhamster Henry:

Although you do miss some subtlety at a smaller size because of the light pencil.
Avatar Swag For Life Member Tue. 11/17/15 9:21am Webhamster Henry:

I spent many years resizing images for an arts newsletter that came in in all sizes and formats.
Avatar Tue. 11/17/15 9:21am Trouble:

thanks ken from hyde park, i will have to look into that for the future. once i am here and scarambling to play music all computer fiddling is put aside. except of course for the dang typing bits

gotcha! merci, @chromaphone
Avatar Swag For Life Member Tue. 11/17/15 9:32am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

You could temporarily make it a Profile pic so it could be copied. I guess.
If it's meant to represent the whole city of Paris - why not keep it large? If you want to see it all @ once, rightclick & open in another tab or window.
Avatar Swag For Life Member Tue. 11/17/15 9:34am Rob W:

Trouble, if I understand the issue correctly (if not, I apologize in advance): If you want to re-size an image, you shouldn't actually need to re-upload the image. You can do it by adding size parameters to the html. I would just send a shout out to the 5th floor - someone like Jeff M (or Ken if he's free) could downsize it for you.

Evidently, yes: http://www.secretdecoder.net/blog/2015/01/13/premiere-aine-odwyer-mass-of-the-rosary-ring/

This, however: "More broadly though, it doesn’t take long to conflate the organ with the space, making the entirety of St. Mark’s Church and its occupants at various times into ‘the instrument.’"...is just a tad anachronistic. Uhm, Sweelinck? Buxtehude? Church organs are, precisely *church* *organs*.

Brief hiccup here, too.

And before Sweelinck (slightly) and Buxtehude, there was G. Gabrieli, who set up opposing choirs in a church, "making the entirety of [the space] and its occupants...into the instrument."
